This is our privacy statement. It details the information we store and what we do with it.

What do we store?

When logging in to this website via UCL, you will be prompted to allow us to access some of your information from UCLAPI. This is needed to link equipment reservations unambigiously to you and to verify membership status.

In particular, we store your full name, given name, and email address.

In addition to this, we store the equipment reservations you make and their outcomes (ie. if you turned up to collect equipment or not).

How long do we store this for?

We'll delete any information stored about you by the start of the next academic year. If you'd like us to delete this information before then, please contact us directly.

Where can you see your information?

All the information we store about you is shown on your account page.

Who has access to your information?

We do not share your information with anyone outside of the SkateUCL committee and the Union.
