1. Membership

You must have a standard membership to join sessions and socials. Get the standatd membership for £10 here studentsunionucl.org/clubs-societies/skate-club to enjoy club equipment, entry to indoor venues, and biweekly sessions.

2. Sessions

Skating sessions are held biweekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays. More or beginner-specific sessions may be held subject to demand. Let us know what types of sessions you want in our WhatsApp group.

You are welcome to come and go anytime within 2:00pm-5:00pm. All locations are subject to change depending on weather conditions, keep up to date from our WhatsApp group here linktr.ee/skateucl.

16 Nov: 2:00pm-5:00pm, location TBC
19 Nov: 2:00pm-5:00pm, location TBC

3. Term 1 By-elections

Term 1 By-elections have opened - apply for any position to join the 2022-2023 Skate club committee!

Positions up for election are:
Social Secretary - to improve morale in the society by organizing socials
Equipment Officer - to source and maintain all club equipment

Nominations open: midday Monday 7 November
Nominations close: midday Monday 21 November
Voting opens: midday Tuesday 22 November
Voting closes: midday Friday 25 November

You can self-nominate on the 'Election' tab here.

You will not be able to stand or vote in the elections unless you have held membership for 28 days or more, including taster memberships. If you do not fulfill this requirement, please email su.activities-reception@ucl.ac.uk for an exception request.

You will need a standard membership to hold a position.
